Philip joined Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha in April 2017 where he has built the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control program from the ground up.  He serves as the main contact for all audits by the FDA, Organic certifying bodies and 3rd party Food Safety auditors.   He designed the experimental protocols and procures all of the instruments for Rowdy Mermaid’s QC lab where alcohol, sugar, acidity and pH are monitored daily on all in-process batches and finished goods.
