KBI WANTS TO FEATURE YOUR BRAND!

KBI wants to promote your brand and share your content on social media! Every month we are actively searching social media to find recipes, news, tips and more to share on our social feed. We especially want to feature our members however sometimes the content is difficult to find. So to make all of that easier, we’re asking you to share your content with us! You can also tag us and use our brand hashtags so we can easily find your content to repost.

Here are 5 easy steps to being featured on KBI’s social media channels!

Step 1. Follow KBI on Social Media

We notice when you follow us and we love to follow you back. Find us on all of your favorite channels.

Step 2. Tag KBI on Your Posts

Tagging KBI notifies us when you are posting brand updates and news. While we may not share every post that we are tagged in, we will often comment or like to increase visibility.

Step 3. Tag your Flavors & Recipes

You  may have noticed that we consistently share Kombucha branded content for 

  • Zodiac flavor content
  • #ThirstyThursdays

To help us find your cocktail, mocktail and brand flavors for these social media shares, use the following hashtags.

  • #kombuchaindustry  #kombuchacocktails #kombuchamocktails
  • #flavorkombucha is really helpful where flavor is the fruit or herbs or whatever the flavor descriptors are for the product
  • Always use your brand hashtag!
  • Optional other searches we do include #fermentation #healthylifestyle #guthealth #kombucha

Step 4. Share Content in our Member Forms

We’ve created forms for our membership to submit recipes, images, social media links, blog posts, news links and more.

By tasking your social media team to update these forms at least once a year or whenever you have important news to share, KBI can support your media strategy. 

We may not share everything you provide immediately – ie certain flavor profiles go with different times of the year in our Zodiac series; slotting cocktails and mocktails into our #ThirstyThursday series; answering questions for the #MemberMondays features – rest assured, the social media beast is hungry and we are excited to share your wins! 

 

Step 5. Take Us Behind the Scenes

Consumers are fascinated with production and manufacturing. We also live in an age where transparency is highly valued as we’ve been decieved by food marketers for a long time. This is a great opportunity to share your values and generate loads of content.

  • Big brand news – growth/new facility, new style debuts, etc.
  • Production facility content
    • Owners / team talking about new equipment, growth, canning process, etc.
    • Behind-the-scenes videos such as cleaning/refilling a brew vessel, bloopers or (safe) bottle explosions, your brew process, etc.
    • SCOBYs!
  • Your brand story (how you got started, your growth, where you are now)
  • Educational information, industry trends, statistics
  • Tips & tricks for brewing kombucha professionally; successes and challenges you’ve overcome as a brewer
