Cancellations made by January 23, 2020, will be entitled to a full refund (minus processing fees with a minimum fee of $25). Cancellations made between January 23, 2020, and February 28, 2020, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after February 29, 2020, will not be refunded nor will credit for future conferences be issued.
