Description

The seals are divided into several categories:

• Concentrate
• Pasteurized
• Raw and Unprocessed

You will submit your application, which will then be evaluated by our KBI team to ensure compliance with program standards. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be awarded your seal.

NOTE: KBI Verification is to be renewed and audited annually. Any significant changes to procedures and/or labels should be submitted for approval to ensure good standing as part of the Verification process. For non-alcoholic producers, any ethanol tests above the legal standard should be brought to the attention of the KBI Verification reviewer along with corrective action plans.
