Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

Board Member Meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday of every month at 4pm EST. The conference call number will be issued no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Board members are expected to be present for 100% of all meetings. A proxy may participate provided the Secretary is informed. The proxy will have permission to vote in your stead as long as it is stipulated to the Secretary by the Board Member unable to attend. Board Meeting minutes are not for public consumption. They are located in our shared Dropbox folder.
