Q: When did you first discover kombucha?
A: I first discovered Kombucha through a health blog in the US. I went there on a holiday and rushed to the nearest store to buy a GTs Kombucha. It was love at first sip.
Q: Why did you start your own kombucha company?
A: I started home brewing and soon afterwards I had made all my friends and family try it. It wasn’t long before I wanted to share Kombucha with everyone who wanted to try it. And that is how Bendita was born, I wanted to share the love.

A: GTs Rose Kombucha
Q: What is your former/current other life or career?
A: I’m an Architect with a Masters Degree in Bioclimatic Architecture
